PackageTrack Live
The challenge
Every day, gold and diamond packages are handed out to workers, topped up during the day and returned when finished. The owner needed one reliable place to see who holds which packages, how much work is still pending, and how productive each worker is on any given date.
What we built
A web application built around the way the workshop already runs: managers record allocations, extra allocations and completions date by date, and the system calculates the remaining workload automatically.
- Three roles with their own logins: admin, manager and employee

The challenge
Employee buses and goods vehicles move between sites throughout the day, and the transport team needed a live view of every trip instead of phone calls and registers.
What we built
A transport tracking application with live dashboards covering both employee transport and goods movement, built and tested end to end.

The challenge
Small and growing businesses ran sales, follow-ups, quotations and customer messages across Excel sheets, WhatsApp chats and paper. Owners wanted it all in one place, for a simple monthly price.
What we built
Nivora-SaaS, our own platform that many companies use at the same time, each with its own team, roles and fully separate data.
