Delete your data
You can ask SHYLO Technologies to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
- Email info@shylotech.com with the subject "Delete my data", or WhatsApp +91 76959 04013.
- Tell us the email address or phone number you used, and the company name if you use Nivora-SaaS.
- We confirm your request within 7 working days and delete the data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).
Nivora-SaaS companies
A Company Admin can remove records directly in Nivora-SaaS, disconnect WhatsApp, email, SMS or Telegram from Integrations, or ask us to close the company account and delete all its data.
If you connected through Facebook
If you connected a WhatsApp Business account to Nivora-SaaS with Facebook, you can also remove our app in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Meta Business Settings → Integrations), select SHYLO Nivora and remove it. Then email us as above and we delete the WhatsApp data we stored.
Customers of a business using Nivora-SaaS
If a business messaged you through Nivora-SaaS, that business controls your data. Ask them to delete it, or reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop messages. You can also contact us and we will pass your request on and help them complete it.
