About these terms
These terms apply to shylotech.com, the services of SHYLO Technologies ("SHYLO", "we") and the Nivora-SaaS platform. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: info@shylotech.com or +91 76959 04013 (SHYLO Technologies, Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India).
Project work
For websites, apps, dashboards and custom software, the scope, timeline, price and payment schedule are set out in the written quote or agreement for that project. If that document says something different from these terms, the document wins.
Nivora-SaaS accounts
- The person who signs up for a company becomes its Company Admin and is responsible for who they invite and what their team does.
- Keep passwords safe and tell us at once if you think your account was misused.
- Plans, add-ons and fees are shown when you subscribe. Fees are paid in advance for each billing period and are not refundable for time already used, unless the law says otherwise.
- We may pause an account that is unpaid or that breaks these terms, after giving notice where we reasonably can.
Your data
Your company owns the data it puts into Nivora-SaaS. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use that data, including the consent of the people you message. You can export your data and ask us to delete it at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use
Do not use our services to send spam or unwanted bulk messages, to break the law, to harass anyone, to share harmful or illegal content, or to try to break into, overload or copy the platform. When you connect WhatsApp, you must also follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy, including getting people's opt-in before messaging them.
Third-party services
Some features depend on services run by others, such as Meta (WhatsApp), email providers, SMS providers, Telegram and payment gateways. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions (for example, Meta restricting a number).
Availability and support
We work hard to keep our services running and secure, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time. Support is available in Tamil and English through our contact details.
Our software
Nivora-SaaS, its code and its design belong to SHYLO Technologies. Ownership of code built for a client project is as set out in that project's quote or agreement.
Liability
Our services are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data caused by things outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using Nivora-SaaS at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. After closing, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days, after which it is deleted.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to solve any dispute by talking to you. If that fails, the courts of Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction.
